Helping Hands provides food to parishioners or community members that are ill or in need. Parish members prepare the food and coordinate delivery. The casserole or dish is provided in a disposable container for easy warming in a microwave. Preparing the food and/or delivering the meal is a blessing in outreach for our congregation, as well as a blessing to the recipients.

Holy Trinity is known locally as the Pumpkin Patch church. Holy Trinity purchases the pumpkins from The Navajo Nation of the Four Corners area of New Mexico who raise the pumpkins and deliver them to churches across the country for fund-raising projects. It is a time of great fun and fellowship for church members and the wider area Sulphur community to come, pick out pumpkins and enjoy family time in a friendly and welcoming environment. Pumpkin Patch is held during October and proceeds support the Youth Group and other ministries as designated by the vestry.

The ECW sponsors the annual Kibbee fundraiser each year in February on the Thursday before Ash Wednesday. For those not familiar with Kibbee, it is a traditionally Syrian dish that uses ground beef or lamb combined with bulgur wheat, pine nuts, and warm spices like cinnamon and allspice to create a meatball sized delicacy. Members of the congregation gather and prepare the Kibbee throughout the year with the event being sold out annually.
