Anyone in the congregation 10 years or older may serve as an acolyte. Acolytes assist the priest by serving at the altar during eucharist, baptisms, confirmations, funeral services, and weddings. Acolytes receive training prior to serving.  Serving as an acolyte allows a young person to actively participate in the liturgy of the church and gain an understanding of Episcopal worship.

All are welcome to join the choir for Sunday service or the “Band” in making a joyful noise to the Lord at Wednesday Eucharist.  The choir leads hymns, service music, and anthems during the 10:00 a.m. Sunday service. It is not necessary to read music to participate. The only qualification for membership is a desire to sing and praise God. Rehearsals are held from 9:00 – 9:45 a.m. prior to the 10:00 a.m. service on Sunday.  Music for the appropriate liturgical season is prepared for Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, and Ordinary Time. The choir takes a break during the summer. The Band provides more contemporary prayer and praise music during Wednesday services.  The Band practices in the Chapel of Christ the Redeemer on Mondays at 1:00 p.m.
